Learn how to Devise Your Own Mercury Yoga Practice
All yoga practices begin their life as an idea in someone's head. With all my Zodiac Yoga practices I start with a blank canvas; I'm on my yoga mat, I don't know exactly what I'm going to do, or what will come. I begin the practice by quietening down and asking for guidance (whether this guidance comes from the ether or my own subconcious I'm not sure). When I was devising the Mercury Yoga practice I focussed on the idea of winged feet and winged helmet. This turned out to be alot of fun and uplifting, as you'll see from my rough notes for the practice. The notes were originally for my eyes only, I'm showing you them here in their rough form, simply to show you the process I went through in developing my ideas and hoping that they will stimulate your creative juices too.
My Mercury Yoga Teaching Notes
Below are my teaching notes, that I used as an aide-memoire for my Gemini Yoga Day. Excuse the unpolished look, they were originally intended for my eyes only, to jog my memory. I'm giving them to you here, simply to stimulate your own ideas.
