Leo Yoga Practice
You can start this practice either with meditating on the Sun Symbol (see picture), or with the Energising Solar Plexus Chakra meditation (download file below).
For a longer practice, after the Warrior Pose, you can include a few rounds of Salute to the Sun. For a shorter practice you could just do: "The Lion Sequence".
